We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Technician position based in West Sussex. Our client is a reputable dealership seeking a skilled individual to join their professional service team. Conduct diagnostic, servicing, and repair works to manufacturer standards
Perform EV and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently, subject to qualification
Use advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve complex faults
Ensure all work maintains high standards of quality, safety, and safety procedures
Mentor and support Apprentice Technicians in their development
Maintain high levels of safety, quality control, and customer satisfactionRequirements:
Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Recognised diagnostic qualification (desirable but not essential)
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic preferred
Strong teamwork skills with attention to detail and safety protocols
Motivated to develop skills through manufacturer training, particularly in EV technology
