We are working on behalf of a prestigious brand dealership in Maidstone, Kent, to recruit a qualified Vehicle Technician / Mechanic. The successful candidate will be a motivated professional committed to delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and customer service.

Competitive basic salary ranging from £34,000 to £37,000, depending on experience
OTE up to £43,000 with additional earnings through a £3,000 Productivity Bonus and Time Saved Bonus Scheme

Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am to 5:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota (8:30am to 12:30pm)Duties of a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic:
Carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology
Performing servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
Conducting additional repairs with customer authorisation
Completing warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards
Road testing vehicles to ensure faults are rectified
Completing all relevant paperwork to high standardsRequirements of a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic:
Full UK driving licence is essential
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is required
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, from dealer groups or independent garages, is preferred but not essential
Motivated, ambitious, and eager to expand skills
Ability to work to high standards and deliver excellent customer service
