Repair and service vehicles accurately and efficiently, adhering to brand standards and within designated timeframes
Diagnose non-routine defects or additional faults during workshop inspections or road tests
Maintain and develop technical skills through regular training
Use workshop facilities and processes to optimise productivity
Complete all tasks to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction
Work safely and in compliance with industry, manufacturer, and retailer guidelines
Strive to meet and exceed process efficiency standards
Collaborate as part of a friendly team focused on delivering excellent serviceRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Minimum City & Guilds/IMI NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Genuine commitment to producing high-quality work in a busy environment
A team player with motivation to achieve targets and develop professionally
