We are currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable franchise-approved dealership in Salisbury. The successful Vehicle Technician will be integral to providing high-quality service, fault diagnosis, and vehicle repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
Benefits:
Competitive starting salary of £32,000 to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Outstanding career prospects within a dealer group operating across South and South West England for over 25 yearsDuties:
Conduct fault diagnosis, vehicle servicing, and repairs following manufacturer and company standards
Ensure all faults are accurately identified and reported to the Workshop Controller
Maintain high standards of safety, vehicle condition, and reliability during all maintenance activities
Adhere strictly to health and safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Work efficiently within a team to meet operational targets
Support ongoing vehicle repairs and servicing, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
Assist with vehicle safety inspections, including MOT preparations, if holding an active MOT Smart Card (advantageous but not essential)Requirements:
Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair; Level 2 Vehicle Technicians undergoing training for Level 3 will also be considered
Hold a valid UK driving licence
Motivated with a strong work ethic and team player mentality
Capable of producing high-quality work in a busy main dealer environment
Good understanding of health & safety practices
An MOT Smart Card is highly advantageous but not essential
