Conduct vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections to the highest standards
Fit tyres and perform wheel alignments
Carry out brake, exhaust, battery, and suspension repairs
Perform MOT repairs and diagnostics using specialised equipment
Provide accurate vehicle fault diagnosis and effective repairs as a Vehicle Technician
Advise customers on additional repairs and preventive maintenance
Follow health & safety procedures and company vehicle inspection protocols
Work efficiently within a busy workshop environment, maintaining excellent customer serviceRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
NVQ Level 2 in Automotive or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in mechanical and fast-fit repairs
Strong diagnostic skills and experience with diagnostic equipment
Knowledge of tyres, brakes, suspension, exhausts, and routine servicing
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop setting
