Salary: £28,000 - £45,800 Basic + Bonus + £4,000 Sign-On Bonus

What's on Offer
Basic salary between £28,000 and £45,800 depending on experience and accreditation
£4,000 sign-on bonus (£2,000 in month one and £2,000 after six months)

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repair work in line with manufacturer standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out vehicle servicing and maintenance
Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults efficiently
Completing routine and complex repairs
Conducting vehicle inspections and health checks
Achieving first-time fixes wherever possible
Maintaining accurate workshop records
Working collaboratively within a professional workshop environment
Delivering exceptional levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Technician Salary Levels
Service & Maintenance Technician + MOT Tester: Up to £36,200
Service & Diagnostic Technician + MOT Tester: Up to £38,600
Senior Technician + MOT Tester: Up to £41,000
Master Technician + MOT Tester: Up to £45,800
Requirements
NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
MOT Licence highly desirable
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Own tools
Full UK Driving Licence
Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
