Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
Identify and report vehicle faults accurately, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance criteria are met
Complete repairs efficiently within the workshop environment
Adhere to manufacturer procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
Contribute effectively as part of a team under the supervision of the Service Manager
Maintain detailed, accurate service and repair records
Assist with additional workshop tasks as requiredRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Qualified Vehicle Technician with IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Proven experience within a franchised dealership environment
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Ideally hold an active MOT licence; full training available if not
Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills
Able to produce high-quality work under time constraints
Good team player with a professional and proactive attitude
Reliable, motivated, and committed to continuous development
