We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Technician to join their reputable team in Chelmsford, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and experienced motor trade individuals seeking a stable, professional, and rewarding role.

Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £47,000 based on performance incentives
Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5pm
Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing compliant with manufacturer standards
Accurately document all work and complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
Provide professional advice and excellent customer service to clients as a Vehicle Technician
Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members as required
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies at all timesRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role within the motor trade
Relevant qualifications such as ATA or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance
Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Professional attitude with excellent communication skills
