We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable, award-winning independent workshop near Crawley, West Sussex, for a skilled Vehicle Technician. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional seeking a supportive work environment, ongoing training, and competitive remuneration.

Salary between £36,000 and £45,000 basic, dependent on experience
Monday to Friday working week with bank holidays off

Conduct servicing and repairs on a wide range of vehicle makes and models
Carry out diagnostics using industry-standard tools
Identify faults accurately and efficiently
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
Support the workshop team to meet productivity targets
Complete all documentation accurately and promptly
Assist with MOT testing as qualified; MOT licence desirable but not essential (training funded by employer)Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Qualified Vehicle Technician with proven experience in servicing and repairs
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
MOT licence is desirable; training can be provided
Full UK driving licence
