Vehicle Technician Vacancy in Wakefield!
We are currently seeking a Skilled Vehicle Technician to join a well-established dealership in Wakefield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work within a reputable team, delivering high-quality automotive maintenance and repairs.

Competitive basic salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday with Alternate Saturdays 08:30 – 12:30
Opportunities to work on a variety of vehicle repair tasks, from routine servicing to more complex work such as timing belts, clutches, and gearboxes
MOT licence considered an advantage, opening further career development options
Supportive working environment and ongoing training opportunitiesDuties as a Vehicle Technician will include:
Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics to a high standard
Conduct motor vehicle inspections and identify faults accurately
Undertake complex repairs including gearboxes, clutches, and timing belts
Complete all necessary documentation and communicate effectively with customers
Maintain high quality standards and ensure health and safety protocols are followed
Adhere to manufacturer guidelines and company procedures throughout every jobRequirements that the Vehicle Technician will need:
Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician or Level 2 with substantial relevant experience
Proven experience working within a busy automotive workshop
A thorough understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures
Must have a clean UK Driving License
MOT licence is preferred but not essential
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
