Vehicle Technician / Mechanic – Stafford

Looking for a Vehicle Technician role offering £34,000 basic, a £3,000 productivity bonus, uncapped time-saved bonus and manufacturer-backed training?

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, Automotive Technician or Service Technician to join a busy main dealership workshop in Stafford. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Location: Stafford
Salary: £34,000 Basic + £3,000 Productivity Bonus
OTE: Up to £41,230+ with uncapped bonus potential
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am – 12:30pm

Carry out vehicle servicing and routine maintenance
Complete vehicle health checks using diagnostic technology
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
Carry out authorised repair work to required standards
Complete warranty repairs in line with manufacturer procedures
Road test vehicles to confirm repairs have been completed correctly
Complete job cards and workshop documentation accuratelyVehicle Technician Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, Automotive Technician or Service Technician
Previous dealership or independent garage experience
Strong servicing, repair and fault-finding skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
Diagnostic, MOT or Electric Vehicle experience is desirable but not essential
