We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established franchised main dealer in Poole for a Vehicle Technician. This is an excellent Vehicle Technician opportunity for an experienced professional to join a reputable motor group known for high standards and exceptional service. Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT testing to manufacturer standards
Ensure all work is completed to high quality and efficiency
Accurately complete all warranty, service, and repair documentation
Identify potential additional work to enhance customer safety and satisfaction
Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
Support colleagues in achieving workshop targets and maintaining operational efficiencyRequirements:
Previous experience within an automotive retail environment or similar
NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Vehicle Servicing & Repair or an equivalent qualification
Valid MOT Tester licence is preferred but not essential
Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and technical skills
Ability to work effectively in a busy workshop environment
Customer-focused, professional attitude with excellent communication skills
