We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable franchise dealership in Hastings, East Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional looking to develop their career within a well-established and customer-focused business. Basic salary up to £40,000, with OTE reaching £52,000 dependent on experience

Diagnosing vehicle faults using modern diagnostic equipment and systematic approaches
Servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
Liaising directly with customers to understand vehicle issues and explain necessary work
Conducting road tests and quality checks post-repair
Ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times within the workshop
Completing all relevant documentation in line with brand and warranty requirements
Maintaining workshop housekeeping standards and the use of personal tools
Collaborating with colleagues and service advisors to deliver high standards of serviceRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a main dealership
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Strong troubleshooting skills and proactive approach
Organisational skills and time management abilities
MOT licence preferred but not essential
