We are recruiting on behalf of our established automotive client for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their workshop in Dunfermline, Fife. This is an excellent opportunity to join a family-oriented business with a stable customer base and a proven reputation.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will work within a supportive team environment, completing a broad range of servicing, preparation and mechanical repair work. You will be joining a newly established operation backed by an experienced and successful group.

Benefits:

Basic salary of up to £45,864, dependent on experience.
OTE of up to £50,000 or more.
42-hour working week.
No weekend working.

Complete servicing, preparation and general mechanical repairs.
Diagnose and repair more complex vehicle faults.
Maintain consistently high standards of workmanship.
Work efficiently within a busy workshop environment.
Support and guide less experienced members of the team.
Carry out MOT testing if appropriately licensed.
Contribute to the continued growth and success of the workshop.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer or comparable automotive environment.
Ability to complete a full range of mechanical repairs independently.
Experience handling both routine servicing and complex diagnostic work.
MOT Tester qualification is desirable but not essential.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Own set of tools.
Ability to commute reliably to Dunfermline.
