Our client, a reputable and well-established Car Dealership Group operating across London, Kent, and Surrey for over 70 years, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated Mechanical Workshop team in Croydon. Monday to Friday working hours, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with no weekend work

Carry out routine servicing, including checks and maintenance following manufacturer standards
Repair or replace faulty parts and components accurately and efficiently
Provide accurate repair time estimates and maintain detailed service and repair records
Diagnose vehicle issues using manufacturer diagnostic procedures
Test vehicle systems post-repair to ensure safety and quality standards are met
Liaise with Service Reception to advise on required repairs and work completion times
Ensure all repairs are conducted to the highest industry standards and comply with manufacturer guidelinesRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Minimum of two years’ experience working within a main dealership environment or equivalent automotive setting
Strong mechanical knowledge with a track record of quality workmanship
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team as a Vehicle Technician
Ambition to further develop skills and progress within the automotive industry
