Description:
We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician to join a successful main dealership in Corby. Applicants must have at least one year's workshop experience and hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent. A well-stocked toolbox is essential.
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic + Bonus + Overtime
OTE: £45,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
Diagnose mechanical faults and complete necessary repairs
Repair and replace braking system components
Carry out suspension repairs and component replacements
Diagnose and replace faulty clutch components
Complete cambelt replacements
Maintain accurate service records and high workshop safety standardsVehicle Technician Requirements
Minimum one year's experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician or Car Technician within a workshop
Minimum Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Strong mechanical servicing, repair and fault-finding skills
Experience working on brakes, suspension, clutches and cambelts
Own a well-stocked toolbox suitable for workshop duties
