Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician for a well-established, family-run dealership group in Swansea. This is an excellent Vehicle Technician opportunity for a skilled professional to join a reputable business committed to delivering high standards of service and vehicle repair.
Benefits:
Salary up to £17 per hour, depending on experience
VHC bonus worth up to £1,800-£2,400 annually
Overtime paid at 1.5x rate, subject to availability

Conduct accurate and efficient repairs and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles
Ensure all work complies with manufacturer, industry, and retailer standards
Provide technical assistance, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members as appropriate
Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair progress as as Vehicle Technician
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment
Work within the workshop team to meet targets and deadlines
Complete all documentation accurately and thoroughlyRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
At least 2 years of experience in a workshop environment
Strong diagnostic and electronic vehicle repair skills
Full UK driving licence
Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
