We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable family-run franchise-approved car dealership based in Bridgend. The position of Vehicle Technician offers a fantastic opportunity for skilled professionals seeking a stable role with career development prospects within a well-established dealership.

Competitive salary of up to £31,000 to £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards
Accurately identify vehicle faults and communicate findings to management
Ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of vehicles through thorough inspections and repairs
Adhere to health and safety protocols and quality procedures issued by the dealership
Work efficiently within a team environment to meet dealership standards and deadlines
Maintain accurate records of work carried out and report vehicle conditions effectively
Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and dealership policiesRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchise dealership environment
Ability to diagnose and resolve vehicle faults effectively
Living within reasonable commuting distance of Bridgend
Hold a UK driving licence with minimal points
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
