If you're an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for strong earning potential, manufacturer training and a role within an established dealership, this could be worth a closer look.
You'll join a busy workshop in Salisbury, offering a basic salary of £33,000–£35,000 depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn £50,000+ OTE.

Full-time, permanent position
You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing and diagnosing vehicles, while working efficiently and maintaining manufacturer standards.
THE ROLE
*
Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs
*
Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
*
Complete vehicle health checks
*
Identify additional work where appropriate
*
Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment and workshop systems
*
Follow manufacturer procedures and technical information
*
Complete accurate job cards and workshop documentation
*
Work towards workshop productivity and efficiency targets
*
Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll need:
*
Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
*
Previous experience in a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician or Mechanic role
*
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Full UK driving licence
It would be great if you also have:
*
Main dealership experience
*
Manufacturer training or accreditation
*
MOT Tester qualification
*
Experience using manufacturer diagnostic equipment
*
Experience working to workshop productivity targets
