If your idea of a good workshop is one where the tea's strong, the banter's even stronger, and management don't breathe down your neck every five minutes, this could be the role for you.
We're recruiting on behalf of a respected independent specialist garage in Southwest London that's built its reputation on quality workmanship, loyal customers and a team that's been together for years. They're now looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician who can hit the ground running and keep the workshop turning over efficiently.
What's in it for you?
???? Up to £46,000 basic salary
???? Around £6,000 in achievable annual bonuses
⏰ Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (because weekends are for BBQs... or fixing your own car)
???? Need to work on your own pride and joy? Use the workshop on Saturdays with parts at cost. Just be prepared to point the odd customer in the right direction if one wanders in—which isn't often!
???? 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays

The Role
You'll be carrying out servicing, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs to a high standard, helping keep customers safely on the road and the workshop running smoothly.
This is a busy garage, so they're looking for someone who's efficient, organised and doesn't believe every job is a "five-minute fix."
You'll fit right in if you:
* Have solid experience as a Vehicle Technician
* Can confidently diagnose and repair vehicles without asking Google every five minutes
* Work efficiently without sacrificing quality
* Enjoy being part of a team where everyone pulls their weight
* Have a sense of humour (because sometimes it's the only tool that works)
