Vehicle Technician Opportunity in North Bristol at Premium Main Dealer
Our client, a reputable franchise-approved main dealer located in North Bristol, is seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional looking to develop their career within a prestigious automotive environment.

Competitive salary of up to £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
Performance-related bonus scheme of up to £7,000 per annum
Working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am to 12:00pm

Carry out a full range of vehicle maintenance and repair tasks in line with manufacturer standards
Diagnose faults accurately and comprehensively report vehicle conditions, safety, and performance issues
Ensure all work complies with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and health & safety procedures
Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in a busy workshop environment
Assist in identifying opportunities for additional services and repairs
Work closely with the Service Department team to meet targets and ensure customer satisfactionRequirements for the Vehicle Technician Position:
Fully qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
At least 1 to 2 years’ post-qualification experience in a busy workshop environment
Valid UK driving licence
Strong team player with good communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and produce high-quality work
Ideally, experience working on VAG vehicles or holding an MOT license; however, this is not essential
