We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable main dealer in Crewe, for a Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic workshop team. This Vehicle Technician position offers an excellent opportunity for skilled individuals seeking career advancement within a well-established franchise. The Vehicle Technician role ensures the delivery of high-quality service and repair work, playing a vital part in maintaining the dealership's reputation for excellence.
Benefits:
Up to £34,000 basic salary, depending on experience and skill level
OTE of £41,000+ with bonus structure
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays on rota

Conduct vehicle health checks and diagnostics
Perform routine servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
Carry out warranty repairs and authorised work
Test drive vehicles to ensure faults are resolved
Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and promptly
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer careRequirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor industry
Full UK driving license
Diagnostic experience essential; MOT tester qualification is preferable
Brand experience desirable
