Benefits:
Starting salary between £30,000 and £47,780 per annum, depending on franchise training level
£4,000 joining bonus payable within the first 13 months

42 hours per week, Monday to FridayDuties of a Vehicle Technician:
Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with franchise standards
Accurately diagnose vehicle faults and report findings to the Service Manager regarding vehicle safety, reliability, and performance
Ensure all work complies with health and safety procedures and quality standards
Maintain a high standard of workmanship in a busy, professional workshop environment
Support team objectives and work towards set targets
Adhere to franchise-specific procedures and protocols
Maintain and care for personal tools and ensure workshop cleanliness
Assist with vehicle inspections, MOT testing (if qualified), and other technical responsibilities as requiredRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Qualification of at least IMI/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
One to two years' practical experience as a Vehicle Technician preferred
Own set of tools essential
UK driving licence with minimal points
Strong team player with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Motivated individual with the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable: prior experience within a franchise-approved dealership
