Description:
We are seeking a Vehicle Technician to join our independent automotive service centre in Bromyard. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of £30,000–£45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Working alongside our friendly workshop team, the Vehicle Technician will benefit from a modern working environment, strong long-term prospects and no weekend working. We welcome applications from qualified and time-served Technicians.

The Vehicle Technician will carry out fault diagnosis, servicing, maintenance and repairs on customers’ vehicles.
Accurately diagnose faults and report vehicle condition, safety, reliability and performance to the Workshop Manager.
Complete all work to the required quality standards and within agreed timescales.
Follow all relevant health and safety procedures.
Work effectively as part of a busy workshop team.
Contribute towards team targets while maintaining consistently high standards of workmanship.Requirements:
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician is preferred.
Technicians with extensive time-served practical experience will be considered, even without formal qualifications.
An IMI or NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent, would be advantageous.
The successful Vehicle Technician must hold a full UK driving licence with minimal points.
A valid Class 4 and 7 MOT testing licence would be beneficial but is not essential, as training can be provided.
You must be committed, reliable and able to produce high-quality work in a busy workshop environment.
