We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable automotive dealership in Emsworth, Hampshire, for the position of Vehicle Technician. Basic salary up to £36,000, dependent on experience
OTE approximately £38,000 via performance bonuses
40-hour week, including some Saturdays on rotation

Future career progression within a large groupDuties of a Vehicle Technician:
Perform vehicle repairs and servicing to manufacturer standards
Use diagnostic equipment to locate and resolve faults efficiently
Carry out MOT repairs and assessments as a Vehicle Technician
Fit tyres, brakes, exhausts, batteries, suspension, and other mechanical components
Assist with fast-fit services, including wheel alignments and tyre fitting
Maintain accurate repair records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Provide customers with advice on vehicle maintenance and future repairsRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent automotive qualification
Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role
Full UK driving licence
Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent team working and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and stay updated with technological advancements
