We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a highly respected Car Dealership Group in Croydon, for the position of Vehicle Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a well-established and award-winning dealership representing multiple manufacturers. Basic salary of approximately £38,000, with a realistic on-target earning potential of £46,000+
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm, with no weekends

Servicing vehicles, conducting checks, and performing maintenance in line with manufacturers’ guidelines
Diagnosing faults and repairing or replacing defective parts and components
Advising the Service Reception team on necessary repairs
Producing accurate time estimates and maintaining comprehensive repair records
Testing repaired systems and ensuring vehicle safety and performance standards are met
Maintaining high standards of workmanship to ensure customer satisfactionRequirements of the Vehicle Technician:
Minimum of two years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealership or similar environment
Strong diagnostic skills and ability to carry out repairs efficiently
Excellent attention to detail and adherence to manufacturer standards
Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and customers effectively
