Description:
We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician to join a busy main dealership in Birmingham. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Previous main dealership or independent garage experience is required.
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £35,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus
OTE: £45,000+
Hours: Full Time + Paid Overtime

Vehicle Technician Role
Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to required standards
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle faults
Use modern diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify issues
Complete electronic vehicle health checks and identify additional work
Record completed work accurately using workshop systems
Work efficiently to achieve productivity and quality targets
Maintain high workshop and Health & Safety standards
Vehicle Technician Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic
Previous main dealership or independent garage experience
Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
MOT Tester Licence is desirable but not essentialHow to Apply
