We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a reputable, family-run dealership based in Louth, Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic Vehicle Technician opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to develop their career within a well-established business that prides itself on exceptional customer service and recognised industry awards. The Vehicle Technician will be integral to maintaining the high standards of the dealership, providing reliable and professional service to all customers.
Benefits for this Vehicle Technician role:
Competitive basic salary with an OTE of £47,000
Monthly bonus of £500
Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Alternating Saturday mornings from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (1 in 2 weeks)

Conduct vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics accurately and efficiently
Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and quality controls

Maintain detailed records of work completed and parts used
Adhere to health and safety procedures within the workshop
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workshop operationsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy workshop environment
Relevant technical qualifications in vehicle repairs and diagnostics
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
