Team member referral bonusDuties of the Vehicle Technician:
Service, maintain, and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards
Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
Conduct comprehensive vehicle health checks
Ensure all vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and completed to a high standard
Accurately complete job records and documentation
Work efficiently to meet workshop productivity and quality targets
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflowRequirements of the Vehicle Technician:
Qualified to Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years' practical workshop experience
Previous main dealer experience is advantageous
MOT Licence desirable but not essential
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Positive attitude with the ability to work well within a team
