Vehicle Technician

Description:

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician to join a busy main dealership in Gloucester. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Location: Gloucester
Salary: £28,000–£34,000 basic DOE + Bonus
OTE: £37,000 uncapped
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am–12:00pm

Vehicle Technician Role
Service, maintain and repair a range of vehicles
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
Complete repairs to engines, brakes, suspension and other vehicle systems
Use diagnostic equipment and software to identify faults
Carry out routine servicing, inspections and maintenance
Accurately complete job cards and repair records
Maintain high standards of workmanship and workshop safety
Vehicle Technician Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician
Strong servicing, maintenance and repair skills
Good diagnostic and fault-finding ability
Full UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
