Vehicle Technician
£39,467 basic | £46,967 OTE (time saved bonus, team profit, CSI bonus) 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays (rising with service) | Life assurance & pension | Servicing & purchase discounts Full‑time | 45 hours per week | Weekend rota

This role suits a Vehicle Technician who enjoys complex fault‑finding, EV work and delivering high‑quality repairs in a professional, process‑driven environment.
The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will:
Carry out advanced diagnostic, warranty and repair work across a wide range of vehicles.
Complete EV and hybrid tasks (if qualified), plus hydraulic and safety‑critical repairs.
Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve difficult faults efficiently.
Support Apprentice Technicians with guidance and development.
Maintain high standards of safety, compliance and manufacturer process.What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Vehicle Technician with:
Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) and a recognised diagnostic qualification.
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic (brand‑qualified applicants also considered).
Strong teamwork, communication and attention to detail.
A proactive, organised approach suited to a busy workshop environment.
A desire to progress — ongoing manufacturer training provided to keep you ahead of EV and emerging technologies.Why Join?
