Benefits of the Vehicle Technician:
Up to £39,729 Basic Salary + Bonus (OTE £45,729)
42.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday
Saturday morning rota, paid at overtime rate of x 1.5

Employee assistance programDuties of the Vehicle Technician:
Diagnose electrical and mechanical systems on light commercial vehicles using manufacturer diagnostic technology
Carry out routine and preventative maintenance, repairs, and servicing to manufacturer standards
Complete vehicle repairs or component replacements as required
Prepare vehicles for MOT and ensure compliance with safety standards
Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction through quality work and service
Work within a team to support regional workshop operations and maintain fleet efficiency
Continually develop technical skills through in-house and manufacturer training programmesRequirements of the Vehicle Technician:
Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a vehicle technician role, preferably within a fleet environment
Full UK driving licence
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
Team player with good communication skills
