We are working with a reputable dealership group seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floating Vehicle Technician to join their team in Preston. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician looking to work across multiple dealership sites within Lancashire and the North West, offering exceptional earning potential and career progression.

Competitive basic salary dependent on experience
OTE up to £50,000 per annum including incentives
Overtime paid at time and a half, with flexible earning potential
31 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, increasing with service

Ongoing professional development and training in line with manufacturer standardsDuties of the Vehicle Technician:
Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle faults to high standards
Servicing vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines
Road testing vehicles to ensure quality, safety, and performance
Maintaining accurate records of work undertaken and parts utilised
Supporting multiple dealership locations across Lancashire and the North West as a Floating Technician
Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionRequirements of the Vehicle Technician:
Qualified to Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance, and Repair or equivalent
Proven experience as a Motor Vehicle Technician in a fast-paced environment
EV training is advantageous; MOT licence is desirable but not essential
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
