Vehicle Technician
Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car dealership based in Tewkesbury, is seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department.

Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am to 12:30pm (paid as overtime)Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
Carrying out fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on vehicles in line with manufacturer standards
Accurately diagnosing faults and reporting vehicle conditions, safety, and performance issues to the Workshop Controller
Adhering to quality procedures and safety protocols at all times
Ensuring efficient workflow within the workshop to meet targets
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and completing documentation thoroughly
Assisting with additional technical tasks as required by the Service DepartmentRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
IMI/NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
1-2 years of post-qualification experience in a workshop environment preferred
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
A team player with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to produce high-quality work consistently in a busy franchise environment
