Vehicle Technician / Mechanic – Stafford
We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, Automotive Technician or Motor Vehicle Technician to join a busy dealership workshop in Stafford. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Dealership and independent garage experience will both be considered.

Salary: £34,000 basic + £3,000 Productivity Bonus + uncapped Time Saved Bonus
OTE: Up to £41,230+ uncapped
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am–12:30pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Carry out servicing and routine vehicle maintenance to required standards
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
Complete vehicle health checks using diagnostic equipment
Carry out authorised repair and warranty work
Road test vehicles following repairs
Complete job cards and workshop documentation accurately
Maintain high standards of workmanship and workshop safetyVehicle Technician Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, Automotive Technician or Car Technician
Dealership or independent garage experience
Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
