Vehicle Technician
Location: Maidstone
Salary: £37,000 Basic + bonus | OTE £43,000+
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am – 12:30pm

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy main dealership in Maidstone. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established dealer group offering manufacturer training, Hybrid & Electric accreditation and genuine career progression. Carry out vehicle servicing and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards.
Perform vehicle health checks using the latest diagnostic technology.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
Complete authorised repair work efficiently and to a high standard.
Carry out warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Road test vehicles to ensure repairs have been completed successfully.
Complete all workshop documentation accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.Vehicle Technician Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
Experience within a main dealership or independent garage.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
Experience with the brand is advantageous but not essential, as full manufacturer training will be provided.
Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
