Vehicle Technician

We are representing our client in the recruitment of a Vehicle Technician to join a busy workshop located in Mallusk, County Antrim. This role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled and experienced vehicle professionals seeking career progression and competitive remuneration. The successful Vehicle Technician will be integral to maintaining high standards of service and repair for a wide range of vehicles. All levels of experience are encouraged to apply.

Basic salary up to £33,000 depending on experience
OTE up to £36,500

Main dealer benefitsDuties:

Carrying out servicing, repairs, and inspections on cars and vans
Conducting fault diagnosis using diagnostic equipment
Ensuring work is completed to manufacturer and industry standards
Working efficiently within a team to meet deadlines
Maintaining accurate job cards and service records
Supporting the workshop team to deliver high-quality serviceRequirements of the Vehicle Technician:

Qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a main dealership environment
MOT licence is desirable but not essential
Full UK driving licence
Must own appropriate tools for vehicle repair work
Strong work ethic with attention to detail
