Conduct routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance to manufacturer standards
Diagnose vehicle faults accurately and efficiently
Complete repairs and replace components as required
Generate detailed reports on vehicle defects and work performed
Work independently or as part of a busy workshop team ensuring customer satisfaction
Optional: Conduct MOT testing (if qualified)
Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to safety protocolsRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Valid UK driving licence
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a main dealer environment
Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Effective time management and organisational abilities
Ability to operate under pressure whilst maintaining high-quality standards
Proactive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Willingness to undertake manufacturer and EV-specific training
