Vehicle Technician – Canterbury

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic to join a well-established main dealership in Canterbury. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, have previous workshop experience, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.

Job Details:
Location: Canterbury
Salary: £36,000 basic + bonus
Hours: Monday–Friday, flexible working hours available

Carry out vehicle servicing and scheduled maintenance
Complete minor and major mechanical repairs
Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults
Road-test vehicles following repairs
Use workshop equipment and diagnostic systems safely
Liaise with customers and the Aftersales team when required
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer serviceVehicle Technician Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent – essential
Previous Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician or Mechanic experience
Strong servicing, maintenance and mechanical repair skills
Confident using workshop equipment and vehicle systems
Good organisation and attention to detail
Full UK Driving Licence – essential
