Vehicle Technician
Location: New Southgate
Salary: £35,000 Basic + Bonus OTE £60,000+ Uncapped
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy main dealership in New Southgate. This role is ideal for a qualified technician looking to maximise their earnings while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training, excellent career progression, and a supportive workshop environment.

Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to manufacturer standards
Inspect vehicle components and identify wear or faults requiring repair
Complete high-quality mechanical work while achieving efficiency targets
Liaise with service advisors and workshop control to ensure smooth workflow
Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues when required
Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and customer satisfactionVehicle Technician Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent garage
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
MOT Licence advantageous but not essential
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
