Description:
Our client, a well-established, family-run main dealer group in North Northamptonshire, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join its growing team.
This Vehicle Technician opportunity offers a competitive basic salary of £36,000, negotiable depending on experience, with an OTE of £42,000 including bonus. Working as a Vehicle Technician, you will join a supportive team within a growing automotive group following the acquisition of a new franchise.

Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Key responsibilities for the successful Vehicle Technician include servicing, maintaining and repairing a variety of vehicles.
Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipment
Repairing and replacing components, including brakes, suspension and transmission systems
Ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications and workshop standards
Completing job cards and maintaining accurate service and repair records
Working professionally as part of an experienced workshop teamRequirements:
To be considered for this Vehicle Technician vacancy, you must have previous experience in a workshop environment.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
Experience carrying out servicing, maintenance and general vehicle repairs
Competence using modern diagnostic tools and equipment
A professional, reliable and team-focused approach
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or an equivalent qualification, is preferred but not essential
