VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
BATH | £32,500–£40,000 BASIC SALARY | £60,000 OTE | AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join an established automotive dealership in Bath.

THE ROLE
You'll be carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics across a range of vehicles, working as part of an experienced Workshop team.
You'll be responsible for:

Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards.
*
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
*
Using manufacturer and diagnostic equipment where required.
*
Completing work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
*
Carrying out vehicle inspections and identifying additional work.
*
Following manufacturer procedures and health and safety standards.
*
Maintaining accurate job cards and workshop records.
*
Working closely with Service Advisors and the wider Aftersales team.
*
Keeping your work area clean, organised and professional.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has a solid foundation of automotive technical experience.
You'll need:

Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician.
*
Good mechanical and electrical knowledge.
*
Confident servicing, repairing and maintaining vehicles.
*
Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
*
Strong attention to detail.
*
A positive and reliable approach to work.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*
Good communication skills.
*
A full UK driving licence.
Franchised dealership experience would be advantageous, but we're happy to consider strong Technicians from other automotive backgrounds.
