We are recruiting a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join our premium franchise-approved dealership in Hereford. This Vehicle Technician role offers excellent earning potential, manufacturer training and genuine long-term career progression within a nationwide dealer group.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will receive a basic salary of up to £45,000, with on-target earnings of up to £55,000 per annum.
33 days’ annual leave, including bank holidays.
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with Saturdays on a 1 in 4 rota from 8:30am to 12:30pm.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will carry out servicing, repairs and fault diagnosis in line with manufacturer and company standards.
Accurately diagnose faults and report vehicle condition, safety, reliability and performance to the Service Manager.
Complete all work to a consistently high standard while following relevant quality procedures.
Work efficiently within a busy service department and contribute towards team performance targets.
Maintain a professional approach when handling customer vehicles and dealership equipment.Requirements:
To succeed as a Vehicle Technician, you will hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Previous experience within a franchise-approved dealership or similar busy workshop environment is desirable.
A valid UK driving licence with minimal points is required.
You must be committed, reliable, quality-focused and able to work effectively as part of a team.
An active MOT licence would be highly advantageous, although it is not essential as full training will be provided.
