Our client, a reputable automotive dealership in Maidstone, Kent, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join its professional and supportive team. This Vehicle Technician role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £38,000, a 40-hour working week and excellent long-term career prospects within the motor trade.
The successful Vehicle Technician will work within a renowned automotive service centre committed to high-quality vehicle maintenance, customer satisfaction and ongoing employee development.

Servicing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards
Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults efficiently
Completing MOT repairs and assessments
Fitting tyres, brakes, exhausts, batteries, suspension components and other mechanical parts
Carrying out fast-fit services, including wheel alignment and tyre fitting
Maintaining accurate repair records
Following all health and safety procedures
Advising customers on vehicle maintenance requirements and future repairsThe successful Vehicle Technician will have:
An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent automotive qualification, or be time-served
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar automotive role
Experience using vehicle diagnostic equipment
A willingness to learn and keep up to date with automotive technology
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
