Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer looking for a new role with a fantastic growing company?

Our client is expanding rapidly and currently looking for new staff to join their team in Rugby! You will be joining a very friendly team in who are always wanting to help and work together to achieve the best results possible!

What we are offering:

* Full Time / Permanent.

* Monday – Friday (NO WEEKENDS!)

* £18 - £20 per hour

* Fantastic and achievable Bonus! (OTE £60k+)

The Role:

* Prepare vehicles to be sprayed and mix paint to ensure a perfect match in order to spray

* Painting vehicles accordingly to a high standard

* Using the correct equipment and tooling as required

* Quality check on completion ensuring there are no defects

* Achieving an ongoing high rate of productivity.
