Description:
The Automotive Maintenance division of Questech currently have an exciting new position, located in Wakefield This is an opportunity to work on a mixed fleet of local authority vehicles. This is an ongoing temporary contract with the option of a permanent contract for the right individuals.
THE ROLE:
You will be an apprentice trained, fully qualified Vehicle Mechanic and have experience working with a variety of light vehicles, Vans or HGVs. You will also be given the opportunity to train on specialist public sector vehicles.
THE DUTIES:
* Carrying out service, maintenance and repair of a mixed fleet of Vehicles
* Diagnosing faults.
* Pre MOT Inspections
THE HOURS:
Hours of work are between 7.15am and 3.15pm Monday to Friday but can be flexible on times.
THE RATE OF PAY:
The pay rate is £18.00 - £19.00 per hour dependant on experience nt.
Training and Qualifications:
You should ideally be qualified to one of the following levels:
* NVQ level 3 or equivalent
You should ideally hold the following license:
* Full UK driving licence
