Location:     Atherton
Salary:        £40,000 - £45,000 Basic + OTE £50,000
Job Type:    Full-Time, Permanent

THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate repair estimates while ensuring customers receive an efficient and professional service throughout the repair process.

Your responsibilities will include:
·Inspecting damaged vehicles and producing accurate repair estimates
·Preparing repair methods using recognised estimating systems
·Liaising with technicians, insurers, engineers, and customers throughout the repair process
·Identifying additional damage and updating estimates where required
·Monitoring repairs to ensure work is completed to agreed standards
·Ensuring all estimates comply with manufacturer and insurance guidelines
·Maintaining accurate records and supporting efficient workshop planning
·Delivering excellent customer service from estimate through to vehicle handover

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator who takes pride in producing accurate assessments and delivering exceptional customer service.

You should have:
·Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator / Bodyshop Estimator
·Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair methods and Bodyshop processes
·Experience using industry estimating systems such as Audatex or similar
·Excellent communication and organisational skills
·A strong eye for detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
·A customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
·A full UK driving licence
