Conduct detailed inspections on damaged vehicles to determine repair requirements
Accurately estimate repair costs, timescales, and document repair methods
Liaise with insurers to secure repair authorisations while managing costs effectively
Work closely with engineers and technicians to coordinate repair processes
Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction throughout the repair cycleRequirements of a Vehicle Damage Assessor:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator within a busy bodyshop environment
ATA or IMI accreditation preferred, but not essential
Audatex experience is highly desirable
Strong technical knowledge with excellent attention to detail
Full UK manual driving license, with minimal points
Ability to provide proof of right to work (passport or birth certificate)
