Conduct vehicle estimates and VDA work in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
Work closely with the owner and team members to ensure smooth workflow
Upsell additional services and insurance products where appropriate
Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and customer service
Adapt to varying project or repair requirements efficiently
Ensure accurate documentation and communication throughout the repair processRequirements of a Vehicle Damage Assessor:
Previous experience as an Estimator or VDA within the automotive sector
Knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and estimating systems
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum of a few years relevant experience in a similar role
