Monday to Friday schedule with working hours from 8am to 5pmDuties of the Vehicle Damage Assessor:
Conduct comprehensive vehicle damage assessments utilizing the Audatex system
Produce detailed and accurate repair cost estimates
Liaise effectively with customers, insurance assessors, and repair technicians to facilitate smooth communication
Identify hidden damages and provide informed recommendations for repairs
Ensure all assessments comply with relevant safety standards and regulations
Source parts and materials, negotiating prices and delivery timelines
Document assessment findings meticulously and maintain clear records
Stay updated on the latest repair methodologies and industry best practices
Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally resolve disputesRequirements of the Vehicle Damage Assessor:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor
Proficiency with Audatex software is essential
NVQ Level 3 qualification and ATA or IMI certification preferred
Experience within a bodyshop environment is highly desirable
